Our refund policy allows for the return of the artwork within 14 days of purchase, after which a full refund will no longer be possible.

The artwork must be returned intact, in its original packaging or otherwise suitably protected for transport, complete in all parts and with the accompanying fiscal documentation. After verifying compliance with the above conditions, the purchase amount of the artwork will be refunded within a maximum of 5 days, including any shipping costs.

The Network will process the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, if the user wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC necessary for the refund.

We will then send you an email to inform you that we have received the painting you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund within 10 days of confirmation, please check your bank account or the payment method you used during purchase again.

In the case of a bank transfer, you will need to contact your credit card company, but please remember that it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

If you have done so and have not yet received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping and returns

If the artwork is damaged or defective, it can be returned. In such a case, please contact us and send photos showing the defect as an attachment.

To return your painting, after packing it, you will need to contact us to arrange the details.

The payment of shipping costs will be agreed upon at the time of sending the package containing the painting.

Delivery times will depend on the area where it will be made. A minimum of 20 days is expected before shipping.
